Domestic Shipping
Circles & Squares ships to ALL continental US States. For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or US Territories please contact us to discuss prior to purchase. Circles & Squares offers liftgate services, for ease of this process, all orders are shipped in full box quantity when palletized. Freight Partners of Circles & Squares will present the tile for delivery at the purchaser's curbside or driveway. A purchaser should be prepared to receive and sign off on product delivery.
Shipping Expectations
All instock items will ship within 5 business days of purchase. You will be contacted at time of shipment with appropriate details. Specialty items, such as Circles & Squares handmade concrete tiles and any outdoor paver products will ship based on an estimated production schedule. Purchasers will be contacted within 24-48 hours of purchase on the delivery date of these specialty products.
Damaged Material
All damages must be noted on the delivery receipt provided by Freight Company. Please do not refuse the shipment if some of the material is damaged. Generally the damaged material in some areas can still be of great use for cuts at installation. If you choose to refuse the shipment you will be liable for the return shipping fees associated with shipping. Purchaser is asked to inspect their order within 24 hours of delivery to note any concealed damages. Any damages or replacement needs should be communicated with pictures provided to Circles & Squares for resolution.
International Shipping
Circles & Squares showroom is based in the Southeast, USA. Products will ship via client Freight Forwarder company within the Southeast. Once a client's Freight Forwarder takes possession of a palletized order; Circles & Squares and its Domestic Partners are no longer responsible for material in transit and or upon its arrival to a final destination. Client is then responsible for noting and taking pictures of any damaged material and is responsible for communicating to the Freight Forwarder company for resolution. Contact
