Damages and Issues
Purchasers should inspect their order upon delivery and contact Circles & Squares within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that a resolution can be put into process. Please do not refuse any shipment of an order. See Shipping Policy for additional information.
Non-Returnable Items
All special-order tiles and handmade products are not returnable with no exceptions.
